These Skills can perform functions like text summarization, grammar correction, or CRM lookup and are reusable across multiple agents.

The platform also enables customization of responses with input parameters, allowing dynamic answers based on real-time data inputs, such as recipe ingredients or user-specific information. To facilitate agent integration with other systems, it’s possible to configure JSON output formatting for certain agent types, ensuring that responses are properly structured.

Lastly, Serenity* AI Hub includes a Knowledge module to enrich agents with information from external sources, like documents and websites, which are processed and segmented to provide contextualized and accurate answers to user queries.
